When I went to pick up my rental on the scheduled day it wasn’t ready and I had to put off the work for an entire week. Returning it was easy, but I still had to un-hitch the trailer myself and just as I was finishing, someone came to assist me with it.
ALL EAST END ARTSIT, RENT HERE! This was my first time renting equipment for my work and it was a very positive experience. Daniel and the crew were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and flat out kind people. My rental came with the best price on the market, like-new condition with all components working and performed flawlessly. The crew was professional with a safety first mentality, helping me load up the lift in the trailer and even went the extra mile to facetime me when I struggled to load it on the return trip.
Daniel and Jordan give impeccable customer service. They are always willing to help me find solutions to any issue, that’s why Sunbelt Rentals is the only place I go when I need equipment.
