I've used this Sunbelt location several times in the last year plus and they are fantastic to work with. Very helpful, considerate, polite, and efficient. The store is very clean and equipment has always been dependable. Derek is my sales rep and he's always super helpful! Hands down, THE place to rent equipment in West Houston!
I've been working with this Company since 2021, and this was my first location to rent. They treat me very well from the first day, they even give me some advices about the tool. But the best thing with them is the easy way to get what you need. A part of you Id and credit or debit they don't bother with many questions, I recommended you this people, and the best thing is, they have a weekend discount
Rented just a small item, and was provided with great customer service even the same. Appreciate the flexibility and office support.
Great Service
We rented a dump trailer a while back. When we got it on site we loaded. We tried to go dump it and it didn’t work. The guy wouldn’t take it back loaded. They wouldn’t repair it so we could dump it. Had to dump it by hand. Took almost two weeks before we can return it.
