Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes no one came and helped me so I left
Initial rental was a little chaotic, half the machine was at one location, other half was at a different location. But, it worked out, and they made it right. Great customer service at the Pelham location.
I’ve been using Sunbelt Rentals for over 3 years now. Chris and his co workers make sure my rental process is smooth everytime. If the location doesn’t have the machine or tool in stock, Chris will check with other branches and make sure I get everything I need and make sure I save as much money as possible. 5 star company and 5 star employees, highly recommend and highly appreciated
