Came in wanting to rent a smooth drum roller, they refused to rent it to me because I had “steel ramps on my trailer and needed to bring my OWN piece of plywood to load it.” Didn’t offer any alternatives or showed any interest in helping me. Went down the road to United Rentals and they offered to help me out and loaded me up no problem. Don’t waste your time here, everyone who is in construction knows lending a hand and establishing a connection is everything. Networking is everything.
Would give a better rating if they hadn’t closed a bit early in time for me to return a medal detector. Long story short I lost my wedding ring in my front yard and a few months had gone by before I finally sought after a medal detector to try to find it. (I did!) I called this location to see if they had one and told my scenario; which resulted in a crass comment from the guy who answered.
