I was unloading cargo at this location today and was second in line. While one forklift was unloading the first truck, a second forklift unloaded mine at the same time. Thanks for the great service. By the way, you can arrive at night and park on the street.
I called to ask about renting a trailer, they put me on hold for 3 minutes which was fine, came back and said we had it figured out everything was okay and I was going to hang up. But then for some reason the guy on the other end of the phone thought he put me on hold and started making fun of me and insulting me to his coworker while I could hear everything. I said "you know I can hear you right?" And he quickly hung up like a coward. I was already stressed out because this was my first time trying to rent equipment.
Rented a lift from Charlie at Sunbelt. After getting to the job site the lift wasn't the right machine for the job. Charlie took care of us. We will definitely use Sunbelt again.
