I ended up having to return a jackhammer rental for my husband. I called ahead and asked if I popped my trunk, could they get it out of my car for me because I’m pregnant and also had a toddler in the car with me. They said absolutely, no problem. Of course when I pull up, it’s down pouring rain, but Seth happily came to my car and got the jackhammer out for me. I really appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend them.
