Great experience! Eric, the location manager, took excellent care of me and ensuring that the correct equipment for the job I was having done was available. The staff was very thorough and made the pickup/drop-off process east. The equipment used was in great condition and worked perfectly (50 foot boom). I will definitely do business with Sunbelt again!
we will never rent from sunbelt again......skidsteer with cab and air....air did not work said they would knock off for it not working..they did not...three day rental...i filled unit full of fuel my self....our bill was 2,827 PLUS 81.00 FOR FUEL...THIS IS NOT RIGHT DISAPPOINTING JUST SAYING
I've rented the 45 ft strraight lift boom and my experience had been awesome. The staff is professional and friendly specifically Shane, Jim, and many others.
This used to be a great place to rent boom lifts, now the new manager is price gouging. He charged me more for a 35-foot tow-able lift for than I paid for a 50-foot tow-able four times this year alone! When I backed up to hook up, the manager said "You need to get out of the truck." When I asked if this was a new requirement, he said, "I don't know of anyone who just stays in the truck. Are you going to help?" Unbelievable. After a long day of having a difficult lift, we called Sunbelt and the Service Tech Bobbie came to our rescue. Not only did he diagnose the problem in a timely manner, but also left to go get the needed parts. His Technical expertise and knowledge along with his willingness to get us up and operational undoubtedly deserves MORE than 5 stars. Great job Sunbelt Rentals Service department....

I would like to let Kokomo know that Sunbelt Rentals is a great company and they are very generous to the Kokomo Community. Recently they helped out at We Care Park by supplying golf carts and the drivers to transport people to the Park for a special event. They even were thoughtful enough to realize how cold it was going to be and they sent portable heaters for the crowd to use to get warm. Thank you Sunbelt Rentals- Kokomo!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with West Georgia Equipment & Party Rental! This is a horrible company. They have terrible customer service. The ower and his wife are extremely rude and nasty to their customer's. I have Absolutely NO idea how they are still in business!
