Been coming here for over 20 years. There new layout for picking up scaffolding is great (our main rental) and the 2 guys that loaded for me were on point: considerate, quick, thorough. 🎉🤘
I own Beaver Tooth Tree Service and have been renting at Sunbelt in Carmel for over a decade (when it used to be Runyon) Drew Cruzan has been been a friendly and knowledgable technician. He always goes above and beyond. The most recent example was yesterday when I had the nifty fifty towable lift down town after hours and could not figure out why the bucket would not engage. Bad experience for renting floor buffer and edger for light buffing. Was charged over 100 bucks for equipment failure. At first, tech only plugged in and showed the motor works. However, it kept tearing off the sanding paper and running off control. Used ~10 sanding paper. In ~30 min, Came back to store and was told to check out another polisher.
