Horrible experience. I called two days before rental to make sure the equipment was in good condition. The man on the phone promised me it was just used and works great. Of course when I get there equipment is not working because drive belt is broke and they do not have another one. Never rent from them. Everyone is just sitting at desk doing nothing.
Bad customer service. This lady gave me a really hard time. She was being rude. She refused my company credit card because the card wasnt under my name until she was told to allow it by another coworker. Its a company card! Im wearing uniform with the name of the company.
I called up 10:30am on a Saturday after breaking my back moving trying to move 20yds of mulch to rent a skid steer. The young lady said no problem to come on up, they had plenty and would get me going. The transaction was painless, even when it was only 30 minutes till close. All the workers were pleasant, even though im not a contractor and it was close to close on a weekend.
