Highly recommend this place to rent your equipment. They are all fantastic to work with.
I have rented from this location twice, one walk behind trencher and one ride on trencher. Both experiences were smooth, and those issues that did arise were quickly addressed. Had a chain pop off, and they had a technician at my property to fix it within a couple of hours.
I’m not sure who these reviews are in reference to… sounds like a personal problem. Some people just want the world to revolve around them. I can tell you that I have rented from this exact location many times in the past. Gena specifically, is absolutely wonderful work with. I had a few issues and she went above and beyond to not only assure me this would be taken care of. But she also took the time to shed some much needed advice and direction.
