Apparently, the manager in this store was attending to me and since the beginning was being kind of rude and 00009 customer service. I drove 40 minutos to have this bad expierence and all I needed was a boom lift either 40-60ft for first time. He should en fire!!!! The old guy from the middle

Zero stars- I reserved a trailer 3 days in advance with central corporate office number. I go into the rental facility and the guy first says he cannot find me in the system. Then he asks where I am going and what was I hauling. (PU UTV in Cartersville to Murphy NC same as I told central office) Then he says trailers are rated for 50mph and tells me that I don’t want to go that slow. I assured him I would. Ethan was unnecessarily rude and ignorant to me on the phone. Maybe that’s typical treatment for him when women call to ask questions. I would never choose this location again based on that silly exchange, where he obviously just didn’t want help me.

I've been working with and renting from sunbelt for years. The team there goes above and beyond to get me what I need onsite even if they don't currently have an item at the yard.
