We rented from here for a project to fix our cameras. We did the daily rate because we didn’t want to rush! We finished in 3 hours and we called to stop the time. We called to see if we could get the 4 hour rate and the man says “nope once we deliver it’s off the table” that is absolutely ridiculous. We will NOT do business with this company again!
Moved up into my favorite rental place. They do a good job keeping their equipment in working order and clean.
If only a 1/2 a star were an option to rate. Whats avail online doesn’t match inventory on site, and when you finally find a location that DOES have it, it gets borrowed by the staff at the same time you are supposed to pick it up. Unorganized and unprofessional from the call center to the desk clerk. Just rent elsewhere.
Apparently, the manager in this store was attending to me and since the beginning was being kind of rude and 00009 customer service. I drove 40 minutos to have this bad expierence and all I needed was a boom lift either 40-60ft for first time. He should en fire!!!! The old guy from the middle
