In addition to just being rude and stoic and not replying to a simple “good morning”, I was charged a rental protection fee, which I was neither offered, nor told about. Then when I asked about it, they said “after the first day of rental it becomes a mandatory charge.” I said nobody told me about it. Again- blank stare. “Can it be removed?” I asked. “Not at this point, no”. I was told. $611 for less than 48 hours. For the price I paid for this rental, I could have bought the equipment new. Rude. Twice now I've reserved trailers here. Told them the tow vehicle and plug set up. Get there and for one reason or another couldn’t pull it due to one of those not being compatible. Offered nothing to compensate for my hours of lost time and aggravation due to this. Won't be back
