Worst customer service ever gave them all my information never received the rental quote. Had to call back and get another quote where I gave them my information again. Emailed trying to reserve the piece of equipment two times before anyone wrote me back where I had to give my information for a third time. Then they wouldn’t take my Bosses credit card over the phone unless I had a picture. Won’t be renting from sunbelt in the future.
I absolutely love this store and the customer service they provide. El is such a breath of fresh air, engaging and committed to assisting and going above and beyond. I worked with her at Hyattsville and since she’s be gone I can actually say the new store has decline. Shout out to El another job well done.
