Absolutely the best customer service had a problem with the scissor lift brought it back didn't expect to get anything and they gave me a new one free of charge I will definitely do business with Sunbelt again customer service awesome

Shady business owner. Will not hold up to their end of their word. They asked if I would repair a cracked hydraulic line to save their service man a trip to me and that they would make it right. I replaced the hydraulic line and they did not compensate me as they said they would. After several spending over $12,000 in rentals in past, calls and almost 3 months time has gone by since the issue I've decided to leave it alone, part ways and take my business elsewhere.
Made it easy to rent a mini excavator for the weekend. Great machine.
