Very unprofessional experience with Sunbelt Rentals. I came to pick up a boom lift. The rate confirmation clearly listed the length as 10 ft — I had exactly 10 ft of space on my trailer. When I arrived, it turned out the machine was actually 12 ft long. Not a problem — I freed up 13 ft of space just to be safe. Then they claimed their forklift couldn’t lift 10,000 lbs — which is hard to believe for a big rental company with multiple forklifts.
