Was told by lady on phone that the trailer i rented had a half day rate. After dropping it off was told no half day rate on that trailer. I know I will never go back for anything else. Dont like being lied to! Totally unprofessional, I even had a talk with the guy when I picked it up about a half day rental. If I would have known I would have kept it a full day and moved some other stuff and not had to hurry. Also I had trailer for 1hr and 10 mins.

Wow I have been using this company for the past couple of years and they been half decent to deal with. So they told me on Friday if I pick up the unit after 2 pm and return it by 2 pm on Monday it would only be a week be day rental. I brought it back on Monday at 1:45 pm and they charged me two day rental! When I questioned them the guy told me I am lucky he doesn’t charge me 3 day rental. Then the manager told me very rudely this is their policy. Sunbelt rentals just lost a customer. I will never go back there!!

These guys & gals are great! Had a reservation for Wednesday, got a phone call after business hours on a Friday night (5:15pm) from the company we ordered new lift's from saying they would be here Monday morning by lunch time. Called Sunbelt at 7am on Monday and they went above and beyond to get a forklift here by 8:30am for our equipment delivery at 11:30am! Will definitely call them next time we need a rental for business or personal! You have a great team at this location! Thanks again!
