This place is a joke !!
The woman at the counter is rude. I called just to be rudely put on hold for over 3 minutes. I muted my end while waiting. Then when she finally comes on the phone she very quickly said how can I help you before I got the chance to take the phone off mute she hung up !!! I won’t be calling back that’s forsure I’ll take my business elsewhere. I sure hope management dose something about this. I have been told by others how unfriendly she can be especially to other women. Smh

The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because a few of the guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to give 1 star. The guy that is supposed to be in charge in the back. How did he even get that job? He knows absolutely nothing about the equipment. He is the one that is supposed to be working on the equipment or at least overseeing the work.
