Customer service needs to improve
I want to say thanks to the guys who helped me with renting 14" saw for concrete, i haven't asked for their names, but they were super nice, professional and i know i have rent a small tool for my home project, however they treat me with all respect and professionalism, great place will certainly come again. I have used Norwalk location on 11/21/2024.
