Sunbelt is always so friendly and fast. Ernie is absolutely the best to work with. He always gets us the Equipment we need on time. I highly recommend this company!

They provided an excellent quality forklift for a reasonable price. When there was a mistake in billing, Ernie (the branch manager) actually came all the way out to my location and personally apologized for the mistake, took care of the extra charge, and told me that our business was important to him- and I believe it! That level of care does not exist much anymore, but I will happily use Sunbelt Rentals in Eugene again anytime I need a tool or equipment rental.

You know what’s rare these days? Basic customer service. This place doesn’t have basic customer service they are above and beyond, and make certain that what they rent is working. Every employee was nice and helpful. Ernie switched out a machine that wasn’t working and has answered all of my numerous questions. I’m getting carpet glue off a cement floor and it’s hard work. They have the rental equipment I needed and helped to make sure it was working correctly.
