Got into a situation with these guys recently where they had every right to handle a situation one way contractually, and without any pressure at all they gave me the benefit of the doubt right away and did what I consider right. Very refreshing to know a large corporation will still do the right thing. Highly recommend

As a local stone mason and general contractor, I've used many different rental companies over the last 17 years in the Eugene/ Springfield area. Sunbelt is by far the best in town. They are the best at customer service, and they give the best service in the area. They hired all the best workers from all of the local rental places to their crew, and it shows. Just wanted to give a shout. I spoke with Sean on thursday around 10 am about a 19' lift for an upcoming project that was on a crucial timeline, and asked if next day delivery was possible. He got me set up right away with a reservation and sent over a payment link that was quick and convenient. The next day, the lift was delivered at the time they promised. Everything went smoothly. Extremely satisfied with the service snd will definitely continue doing business with them.
