Top notch equipment and a friendly staff.
There prices for pick up and delivery are insane they have a minimum (180 each way) even if your in Livemore. But what really motivated me to write this review is that when you rent something you expect it to be delivered on time but when I call at 9:15; they said “it’s being loaded right now”. The rep said oh I’ll start the time for 10 clock. How’s that supposed to fix things if you’re paying people to stand around waiting for the forklift. I called to reserve a rototiller, which ended weighing over 550lbs . when I rented them from Cresco Rental it came with the trailer. when I went to pick up the Rototiller. There customer service never told me I would need to rent or bring my own trailer ! But they were sure to add on the protection plan without asking me that’s Bad business! And the people who work there very unfriendly!! I don’t recommend this place
