I just want to share my experience from today (10/10/2024). Due to technical issues with their internet, they were unable to check in the rental from my husband on Monday (10/07/2024). Unfortunately, our card was charged multiple times for the rental that was already turned in. My husband and I reached out to Matt, the manager, and he immediately went to work to get our card refunded. He was polite, even when I was frustrated. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Great customer service!
Comparable prices to competition. Rented overseeder and dethatcher. Super easy going staff, they appreciate their customers and will take care of you. They got my repeat business. Closes at 12 on Saturdays.
Staff was friendly and efficient in getting my rental equipment. Down a bit on stars because of issues with the equipment. Seems there isn't much of an inspection to the equipment before they rent it out.
