Great place to do business, very nice equipment and the staff very professional
SUNBELT Rentals treated me Very Well when I had an unusual set of circumstances requiring the rental of a large 24” chainsaw which I could find nowhere else in the KC or surrounding area! The staff & management went out of their way to accommodate my needs! Very grateful! Highly recommend! Special kudos to Anthony and others — who made a potentially stressful process much more streamlined and they greatly blessed me! Thanks again ALL!! Great folks!
Took 1 hour of sitting waiting to get the rental piece loaded on my trailer, mind you I was one of two people waiting. Other got waited just as long. Returning item was just as bad. Rent equipment from a dealer who actually has customer service in their yard.
