I have rented from this location before. I gave them a stellar review last year because they don't just talk about how they care about their customers they show it. This was my first time this year renting from the Cambridge location. I had a huge project that I was working on, and Nick again was there to assist me. Nick is amazing to work with! I was tackling a project that I had never done before and he walked me through how to use the equipment. He loaded and unloaded the machine for me. This team appreciates their customers and it shows. They really care about people and are there to help every step of the way. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make things right. Nick was responsive and knowledgeable and all around great to work with. I highly recommend him for any equipment rental needs you might have.
We had a horrible experience with the Owensboro kentucky store just one day earlier... We came to Cambridge and needed an additional rental and the staff in Cambridge restored my faith in the sunbelt company... to be honest had I not had the positive experience in Cambridge We would have been done with sunbelt..
