I've rented from them several times in the past. Always straight forward prices, knowledgeable employees and fast service. I can quickly pickup and drop off equipment, never needed anything dropped off or picked up. They do offer that though. The prices are much better than their local competitors. I will be a return customer gauranteed.
Always have what I need or they try to get it delivered.
We rented a 3000 psi pressure washer here. Anthony was great to work with, and very informative . We were having a hard time finding one to rent in Jackson, but within an hour of calling, we had it loaded up and ready. Thanks so much.
Incredibly rude customer service. It's like they don't want buisness. Save yourself the trouble, don't call. There are plenty of other, nicer places to spend your money.
Absolutely do not do business with this branch if you can help it. They have horrible customer service, charge extra and absolutely will leave you disappointed
