Sunbelt in Encinitas provided me good service today. They offered to put the Stump grinder i rented in my trailer for me, but I totally could handle that. The gear was available when I got there and the staff treated me professionally.
Worst place to get your rentals at. Managers are real young and unexperienced!
I came in not expecting anything in particular. However, they actually made it intentionally hard when my card got declined. I wasn't going to swipe again but then he he told me try one more time. Then he told me I now need 1000 dollars for the deposit. He claims that sometimes the system does that after 2 or 3 times. He told me afterwards.
