Worst place to get your rentals at. Managers are real young and unexperienced!
I came in not expecting anything in particular. However, they actually made it intentionally hard when my card got declined. I wasn't going to swipe again but then he he told me try one more time. Then he told me I now need 1000 dollars for the deposit. He claims that sometimes the system does that after 2 or 3 times. He told me afterwards. Google and your website say your office closes at 4pm on Sat. I arrived at 340 to return rental equipment only to find your staff locking the gate. Please correct your closing time or discipline your staff. I don't look forward to being charged an additional few hundred dollars because I can't return anything until Monday.
