Redmond location has a bad staff, I been renting in Northbend for many years. But Redmond every time I go there the crew is rude and poor customer service. I am trying to rent a digger machine, the machine is not working the staff saw that, I asked them to give me please one of the newest, they said NOT this machine is working, they tried for several minutes until the admitting the machine was not working, when I said I will canceled my rental order, is when they finally offered to bring me one of the newest machine. Plenty of items for rent
They had the weed burner ready when I arrived and always courteous. I find the equipment at Sunbelt is better maintained and cleaner than at the big box stores. And the lines are short at Sunbelt.
