They had the weed burner ready when I arrived and always courteous. I find the equipment at Sunbelt is better maintained and cleaner than at the big box stores. And the lines are short at Sunbelt.

They rented me a trailer they knew had faulty tail lights. When the employee hooked it up, he went to the back and asked me to try the blinkers—which appeared to work. I mistakenly assumed that meant the lights were functioning properly. But when I returned, a different employee unhooked the trailer and casually mentioned that this particular trailer activates the blinkers when you signal a left turn—regardless of which direction you’re signaling. In other words, they were fully aware of the issue and rented it to me anyway.
