Nice to see some positive feedback if from years ago. My experience was one of shock and absolutely the worst customer service ever. This location is closest to our oakland buisness and we initially reached out to this location with shocking disappointment. We went to the closest location after this one and the service was excellent. Absolutely night and day difference. . Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time here.
I work for a construction company and would always use sunbelt. One of their best branch is Oakland and we always have great experience with them. The team is very responsive, delivers equipment with ease, and makes the whole rental process smooth. Customer service stands out, especially Marcus Williams, who is attentive, helpful, and easy to work with. I Highly recommend renting at this location.
Going here is like my second home. Good service and pleasant people.
