Excellent customer service!! Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful! They have a great inventory of relevant and useful equipment and willing to search other branches for anything they don’t. Thanks to Anthony and the guys for knowing their stuff and their great customer service.
Went in to rent a excavator yesterday 1 hour later had to have them unhook the trailer they hooked up because there very dysfunctional they rang me up for the rental when they didn't even have what I was there to get it took an hour to figure that out and refund me. I would not recommend anyone to rent from them.
So far it seems Sunbelt was willing to move mountains and be there, told them as long as I have a job I will be able to finish my schooling. Well, certain situations came up, and had to delay schooling and Sunbelt dropped me like a hot potato. I will tell anyone not to come to this company while going to school, if you have one emergency they will abandon you. They will make promises and make things sound great, the moment you show your weakness than they will stab you in the back. Typical rich people, heartless and no soul.... read more

Went in there to rent a pressure washer to clean out my drain pipes of an older home that I have the two guys were very knowledgeable but the rule that worked there the lights were on but they weren't twinkling
