Erica is the BEST under pressure and being the only one working on Saturday. The wrong lift was delivered to our jobsite. She made it happen. She got us the right one for our needs. Horrible. Went in and had a reservation all set, showed at 6:01am to get my reservation and they let someone else get it the night before! Now I am out an entire day looking for this equipment. This is one of the MOST secured Sunbelt Facilities I have been too and they let this happen.
