I talked with Erica regarding some rental equipment and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions patiently.
Erica is the BEST under pressure and being the only one working on Saturday. The wrong lift was delivered to our jobsite. She made it happen. She got us the right one for our needs. By midday it was delivered and we got 4 buildings done in 3 hours with the right equipment. From here on out I will deal with her souly for our needs. BIG THANKS FROM THE HOME PARAMOUNT TEAM!! Even thought my review is not about a rental or doing any business with this Sunbelt location - I would just like to comment that these folks were courteous and understanding when I pulled into their lot due to a flat tire. They offered me coffee, and one of the gentlemen had even offered to change my tire! Unfortunately, I didn't have a spare, but these folks were A+ with smiles and friendliness! If I ever do have any rental needs, I will definitely be coming back to visit them! Thank you again!
