Faith was very knowledgeable and helpful. Faiths level of professional and customer service exceeded any expectations we had. Faith suggested multiple resolutions and resources for your company when the items we wanted to reserve a specific item wasn't available. She nicely recommended a reservation a week in advance to get what we wanted. Great Job Faith. I hope your supervisors recognize what a top team member you are!
