Pickup Equipment was ordered ahead of time still had to wait as the paperwork was not ready. Wait time for pickup, 45 minutes. Return Hours are posted as 7 am- 5 pm. arrived at 8 am Monday morning, doors were locked. No sign or any other indication as to whether they would be opening. Called phone number, no answer. Waited 15 minutes and called phone number again, a woman answered, did not give name. Said she would call me back and let me know when someone would get there. I told her the posted hours were 7-5.
