AUSTIN at the location in Richmond provided us with outstanding service. We were in the process of moving and needed piano dolly. It was not available at this location however Mr.Austin made a few calls in order to secure the equipment. They lied and they gave us a battery for an electric tamper that was uncharged
Use this location a lot and prefer it over any other location around. Always good equipment and great staff.
