I had terrible experience with Intracoastal Realty at Oleander Dr. office when moved out of long term rental. The property agent at Oleander Dr. did not communicate with me (The Customer) at all on what she considered as "damage" of wet-dog smell on the carpet and arbitrarily deducted $225 from my deposit. The carpet was professional cleaned. If I was discussed the option, I could have professional cleaner to deodorize for free. The property agent still complains carpet smell after refused to refund $225 deodorization fee. B... read more
