I have lived here in Sunbelt for 11 years and love where I am. I hear people talking about the landlord and the company that bought out our park from Kenneth, but have not had a problem with them. Granted, there are things that need to be improved, but that takes time. Even with the fires, I am not planning on leaving because I love it here. Before my 11 years, I lived here from 1992-1998. It is the nicest area in Greenville. Best place to live. 5 stars all day, everyday.

They have an excellent park and it is run well, by manager. Nice quiet place to live for families. All is welcome and treated very well. The manager does a very good job, working with you to get you a home!I rate this park #1 in the county....
