This Review is specifically for Lauren Rosetti at Sunbelt Lending Tampa, Fl....She was referred to us as an "awesome lender" well after several emails to try to reach her after we already sent her our paperwork for our pre-approval she never ever called us or answered any emails. Very irresponsible and unprofessional to be wasting people's time she wasted 2 weeks of our time for something so important to us. I would never recommended this person.
