Please never ever ever get a car loan with this bank. My boyfriend was barely a month behind on his car. Note only had 5,0000 left on his car note came to our car without calling us or sending an email nothing we had caught the tow guy down the street and try to work something with them. They wouldn’t work out anything with us. They kept hanging up in our face. And said they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone to make the tow guy give us back our car. Do NOT keep your money in this credit union. There is always some kind of glitch in the system where the app doesn't work, and it always happens on the weekend after hours. I just had a new debit card sent to me and "someone" did not attach it to my checking account. It was drawing money from my savings and took ALL the money from my savings account and THEN they didn't want to honor ANY mistakes. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER CREDIT UNION!
