I absolutely love Sunbelt FCU!!!! I have never had a more professional,friendly, honest, and very very helpful person on the phone in my life. JAVIER!!! JAVIER!!! JAVIER!!!! He and everyone else I have had the pleasure to meet or speak with have been nothing less than absolutely wonderful to me. The Ladies in the Mccomb office are awesome and very eager to help. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING SUNBELT!!!!!
Horrible.Watch out for the “System down Saturdays”. The took over $200 from me one time they claimed their system was down. They Little by little take your money through stupid Fees. They Intentionally don’t post transactions to take money . I may be Wrong but I’m broke almost everytime I get paid because of them . My lightbill is behind because they Didn’t take the funds out when I payed my light bill and I supposedly “Spend what was on hold “ it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Please never ever ever get a car loan with this bank. My boyfriend was barely a month behind on his car. Note only had 5,0000 left on his car note came to our car without calling us or sending an email nothing we had caught the tow guy down the street and try to work something with them. They wouldn’t work out anything with us. They kept hanging up in our face. And said they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone to make the tow guy give us back our car.
