Clarissa H. was great. She made a very difficult time in my life a little easier by being very open and knowledgeable about the options she could offer me. To me, it's the little things like that, that make it worth writing these reviews for.
If I could give a -5 stars I would. This is the worst banking facility I have ever seen. They take money from your account when there is nothing in it causing you to have a NSF fee. Their so called member solutions team are rude and very unprofessional.
Bianca and the other members are extremely helpful. Both times I've been there they , have show a great level of professionalism.
