Continue to have issues with LED lights installed by them also have paid in full for all services but their collection agency keeps calling me and hassling me for money already paid

I used Sun Electric for two jobs in my home without incident so I recommended them to my elderly neighbors. Sun Electric took $1700 of their money for a contracted job, have yet to perform ANYwork to date as contracted and REFUSE to give their money back! FOWL business practices! Second post - after initial post, their operations manager contacted me and promised several times that the refund would be processed because they are an A+ BBB accredited company. VERY EXPENSIVE! It kills me to write this review but I have to allow other consumers to know that this company overcharges and not but a little bit. They charge $135.00 per hour when other electrician companies out there charge $95 per hour. I accidentally called Sunbelt over another company: Bob's electric after printing a long list of electricians in the area. Sunbelt Electric is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I was connected to Sunbelt Electric through HomeAdvisor on Monday, November 6th and scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come Tuesday between 12-3. At 4, no one had shown up yet so I gave them a call and spoke with Patrick. They are overpriced and pricing is deceptive...showed up on time , fixed one burnt out outlet checked two others and as for the bathroom fixture it only took five minutes the bulb was out,after about 40 min he was done and handed us a bill for 207$!! who charges this kind of money for so little work.? I called and they said whether it’s 20 min or an hour they charge 125 hour labor, your better off with a knowledgeable handyman.Watch out way overpriced.Look elsewhere unless you don’t mind overpaying ,youve been warned.
