I'm hoping someone would be able to get a hold of me from corporate. Tried calling Friday, but, it is the weekend and nobody answered. My self , my wife and son all have loans with security finance for the past several years and just within this past year they have not been reporting to the credit bureaus. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and something needs to be done about it.

The Company is undergoing system programming and changes to our credit reporting environment, and we are not reporting information to the credit bureaus at this time. We regret any inconvenience this has caused; however, the Company is under no obligation to report loan information to the credit reporting agencies.
The local branch in Joplin Missouri keeps calling my phone for a debt belonging to my husband and it was a live check they sent out and he cashed. No excuses he understands the debt but was in a car accident causing loss of job and ability to get a new one at the moment. They leave messages on my voicemail for him stating that he must just want to go to court, when he has his own phone number and voicemail. My name is not on this debt nor did I take this loan out. I have had an account with this company for almost three years and for some reason, they are not updating my credit to Transunion or Equifax. The last time it was updated was a year ago. I called and was told that they were having issues with that department updating. This is not an issue that my credit should have to show no payments. This company called me about another family members finical situation. The Professional Financial Services branch out of *****Ohio. There is no reason to call me about some one else issues.

The type of loans they do is misleading. It is a hole in the wall outfit that doesn't care at all about an individual or helping them with their concerns or needs. After reviewing the Better Business Bureau, there were over 200 complaints and I wished I had looked at that before contacting this company. Security Finance sent me a check for $1300 without applying. It says to just cash it and you agree to the agreement of the loan at 59-72% interest.

The employees, as well as the manager of this specific location are incredibly rude. They argue, talk down, and are just downright disrespectful. The entire office needs to be cleaned out, and new associates hired.
