I would highly recommend Blake and Tim for assistance with buying a business or selling one. Even though the seller and I knew each other it would have been much more difficult (if not impossible) for us to complete our transaction. They know the process and the people to make things happen and get deals done. If they are still around when I plan on selling the business I just purchased I won’t hesitate to let them help. Tim and Blake, Sunbelt of Knoxville, are awesome! I was a listing customer and both men were above and beyond helpful from chatting to closing. They assisted more than I know with our buyer to include the direction of a lawyer, the lending banks and just minor details that needed attending, never forgetting to keep me in the loop at every turn.
