never never stay here Rude mean ugly people. Had to stay there cause there was nothing else. Had a friend come over while I was taking a shower to wait for me to go out. The manager had a fit and wanted us to leave. I made him give me all my money and I did leave. I stayed with my friend elsewhere. Heard done this to others and they weren't so lucky to get their money back.
GREAT PRICE - CLEAN - AWESOME LOCATIONââ We have been traveling up to San Luis Obispo each weekend since December. It is now May. I have stayed at several other Inns and Motels here in San Luis Obispo and I am just a little disappointed that I did not stay here earlier. Owner is vevy nice, prices are bar none the best in town. The rooms are clean, you get internet acess, fridge, mircrowave, and HBO. You can even walk downtown, or take the trolley. Sunbeam Motel is great!!! Sunbeam Motel is practically my home away from home in San Luis Obispo. I'm a business promoter for an auto company & I travel throughout the west coast with my wife. We have stayed in numerous hotels/motels throughout the country. What really impresses me about this motel is that the manager is able to keep this place so nice & clean & quiet for the price range. Great Value - Nice basic room for a good price Nice motel with nice owners. It's walking distance to downtown and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They offer wireless Internet too. If you're looking for a cheap and comfortable place to stay for the night, check them out.
