Terrible rental agency.. Father died less than two weeks after we forwarded full amount for a 5 day pre XMAS rental that was to take place over a month latter. Sun Beach kept $300 of the amount.. I understand reasonable administrative fees but $300 is criminal.. Look around KIMA rentals can be found much cheaper
We rented Kima 503 september-October,and had a great Vacation.Debbie Campbell was fantastic, we had a problem with our air conditioning and Debbie got it fixed the very same day.The appartment was clean,modern,and well equipt. We have been back in Scotland two weeks now and all we talk about is coming back to Madeira Beach.Next planned vacation is to the Disney side with young grandson.I hope we can squeeze in Madeira beach as soon as possible.we would deal with Sun Beach Properties again.
BAIT AND SWITCH!! Called and spoke to one of their reps (Janet) the day before arriving about renting a Starfish cottage for Tuesday - Fri. that same week. I informed her that I would be bringing my 10 lb poodle which she said was no problem. My husband's company was paying for our 3 night stay and we planned to return atleast once per month for additional Tue-Friday visits. I listed my property with Debbie for more than a year with no success. I understand that getting a match for a rental may or may not happen, so I would not rate down the service just because I didn't happen to get a match. I do rate down the service because Debbie got way too busy to talk to me once she had the listing, and when I did get contact from her it was usually to ask if I was willing to violate my Condo association rules in order to secure a rental.
