agree totally with previous NSW review- if you are in NSW AVOID at all costs- they are wiping their hands of all issues- everything is outsourced and it takes weeks for anyone to get back to you. BAD form Sunbather

Zero after sales service, been waiting for over a month after being told twice a service called has been booked. Now left with inoperable pool…
After having used Sunbather Pool Heating & Pool Covers for many years with really good service, I now have to cut them loose and find an alternative, as their service in NSW is now abysmal. From what I have now been told, there has been a change of ownership of Sunbather and all of the NSW infrastructure of Sunbather servicing has been dismantled with all servicing now being passed off to sub-contractors. Any follow-up calls that I've made to Sunbather's reception (in Victoria) have either been unanswered, or dealt with so l... read more
I was very happy to have gotten so many years out of the equipment supplied by Sunbather. When it came time to get repairs done I received very high quality service and a clear description of the options. I highly recommend Judd and the rest of the team at Sunbather.
