IS THE BUSINESS CLOSED? I have been calling for the last 3 days. Answering machine says they are now closed but leave a message. I have left a message for 3 days and no response. This is not the first time that this has happened to us. How do you expect to see patients if no one answers the phone or bothers to return calls.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Soolsma, on and off, for roughly 25 yrs. He has always listened to me, humoured me when I was ‘convinced’ I had various illnesses throughout the years and worked with me to diagnose what was really going on (gall stones), and has never made me feel like a hypochondriac lol. His easy going manner really helps put me at ease and I always leave feeling like I’ve been heard. I truly feel like he’s got the best interests of his patients at heart.
The main Physician here, Dr. Soolsma, participates in medical gaslighting and is neglectful towards his patients as well as their needs and concerns. He has a proclivity to blame his patients for their medical issues or just ignore their concerns completely, writing them off as the panicked opinion of someone who has access to Google rather than valid observations that his patients make about their own bodies.
