Sun X showed up when scheduled to install and collect money. However now that I have water running off my roof company is none existent! System is only 4 months old.Scheduled them to come fix it and they no show. No return calls. Very disappointed. Save your money.
I had the most horrific experience imaginable :( Salesman Mike promised so much, and an installation within two weeks, and demanded a deposit by check for $3,000. Salesman Mike violated state law by failing to tell me that I had a 3-day cancellation period, which voided their highly illegal contract. He and the entire company then vanished; no amount of calls or E-mails got any response.
