We signed a contract on 12/28/21. After that we were told it would be about 2 weeks till we would have someone install the solar for our pool. We gave a deposit of $470. We never received a call for over a month and when we called the company we were told each time they would get someone to call us back. No one has ever called us back, we have called at least ***** times now and sent our contract in an email to the company. No response, we just want our deposit back since it has been 9 months. I am beginning to think this company is set up as a scam. Someone came out to install my pool solar, but they installed it with a broken sensor. I have called Melody everyday for the past 3 weeks and she is always "at lunch" when I call and has refused to call me back. She already has my money, but the solar system doesn't work. It hasn't worked from the first time I turned it on after they installed it. This is not a company anyone should be in business with.
SUNX SOLAR is the worst company we have ever delt with! **** the sales rep flaked on us several times before showing up to give an estimete in Febuary 2021. March 6 we signed a contract and had to pay a $500. deposit inorder to get on the schedual for installation.Our install date was April 19 ,noone showed up or called ,on April 26 again no show ,Melody said work cant be done due to drizzel.. our new date May 3 again no show ,Melody said installer fell off roof ! we never heard from her again.I called several times but got ... read more

Quit scamming people out of their deposits, while breaking contracts, and getting VERY shoddy reviews on Yelp!
This company incorrectly installed a pool solar system on my home. The installed the pipes in reverse and did not secure the system correctly. In the process they damaged my roof resulting in a roof leak and many damaged roof tiles. They ignored the situation, no return calls or contact. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
Excellent customer service. Great product and warranty. I would recommend to anyone.
