Chris, Genesis, and David worked really hard to get me approved for a mortgage, and it wasn’t easy because of all the crazy things happening in my life. I can’t believe we got it all done, it was a lot, but I was able to buy the house I wanted, AND we closed on time!

Horrible customer service, and slow to return calls
Terrible experience. Communication was terrible. Closing delayed due to negligence of their partners. Promised 0 payment due at closing, and the day of closing they wanted me to pay a little over 2k in order to close. I was the one one always calling to see what's going on, no one ever calls be back or answers their phone. This whole process has been a complete nightmare.
