I was so bummed. Dr Simpson started my root canal and couldn’t finish it! I was referred out to have the tooth removed.😭
I was referred to Dr. Simpson from my dentist to review a root canal i had done years ago with another provider— Basically my root canal seemed to be infected which was confirmed by Dr Simpson. He thoroughly went through his recommendations and whether or not he can save my tooth(80% chance) so I decided on a root canal retreatment! I am one to NEVER write reviews but I have to share the upmost outstanding & caring treatment I receive today all thanks to Dr. Simpson & his assistant Brittany (hope I spelt it right)! I had my tooth done on 05/04/26 at my usual dentist office. My dentist gave me a 50/50 chance of my molar being saved. A beautiful office with a very calm setting! All the staff are super friendly here and Dr. Simpson took his time explaining the treatment to me making sure I understood it. Root canals can be scary but the team made it a comfortable and effortless process for me! Thank you Sun West team!
All I can say is I am completely beyond impressed with Sun West Endodontics. I got referred, and I was terrified to be seen because of what my pending options. However, the ENTIRE staff, from reception (Amanda, and the girl sitting next to her), the hygienist (I believe Brittany), and Dr. DeGracie blew my expectations out of the water.
