I can’t recommend Josh enough. I lived with a shoulder injury that bothered me for an entire decade, and I honestly didn’t think it would ever be 100% again. After just a few weeks of sessions with Josh, the pain is completely gone. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his approach actually gets results.
