A truly first class and professional job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I feel compelled to share with you that it was a truly refreshing experience. They were friendly, helpful, and always available. Unfortunately, that's not always the case out there. Sun Valley Title made our closing super easy. Ali and team went above and beyond to accommodate a quick and long distance closing as we were traveling. Ali was one step ahead in the process and had answers to all of our questions. Kerensa especially went out of her way to help us with an issue that we were having post-closing - her follow up effort was amazing on a tough problem that wasn’t necessarily even their responsibility. I can’t recommend them enough and if I could give Kerensa 10 stars I would.
I have used Sun Valley title multiple times and find them very professional and thoughtful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
